First of all, dear roleplayer, Axel hath not the "biceps that quiver with each flick of movement". Also, while he is a Nobody, I doubt he wastes his time on "apparent exercise".
Moreover, Axel is certainly dangerous, but... well, maybe I'll concede that his hair is, too, if it is so very "spiked flaming crimson" (I thought crimson was an apt description for flames?).
And, uh. Generally, formfitting shirts don't manage to flatter a "rigid outline", and I'd hope Axel's pants and boots don't "encase" his legs. He wasn't a wooden doll nor in a straitjacket (pants?) last I checked.
Those things he swings around all the time? They're called chakrams, okay? Not "huge ninja stars" nor "a beast of fury with hard argentine scales and bloody, fleshy innards".
And finally: Axel is NOT "actually shy or timid", nor does he "have his moments". Not according to canon. Nor do I understand how you deduced that he is "not the brightest crayon in the box", or that he is a stubborn lughead who can "implant ideas into his skull" such that no one else can get them out.
