I write this about 6:15 pm my time, trying to figure out what I'd done all day.

I sat down in my hobby room this morning, with 'I should do bills' as my concept. So far I have

1. Fetched my smaller-box-of-pills-I'm-taking from the storage room
   
2. Fetched the brita pitcher from the bathroom
   
3. Filled the kettle and turned it on

Woke three times yesterday, feeling progressively more ick. Last time, I stayed up because omgheadache. Just sat upright for a while, cause sometimes that solves it, but around 4pm I asked for oatmeal and maxalt. TL;DR: Dermatologist won't give me biologic shot cause immune suppressant; won't give me previous med cause 'increased likelyhood of upper respiratory illness'. I'm stuck back to topical for psoriasis. Paindoc office had fire alarm, doc told me to go home, called me later for consult, couldn't give me longer scrips due to regulations. Whee.
