Here's part 6 of the Fairy Tales & Happy Endings series. And the angst begins...

Let me just say that I am ridiculously thankful that my brief bout with writer's block is over. Unfortunately, this next chapter is a doozy as far as emotional angst goes. Jeez.

Title: My Damsel (A Confession to an Adversary)
Fandom: Once Upon a Time
Pairing: Emma x Regina (Remma or Swan Queen, if you will)
Rating: We'll say R-ish, just to be safe

I got here through your two stories on Passion Perfect. I loved what you'd posted there and decided to check your livejournal to see if there's more here. You can imagine the huge grin on my face when I found that yes, there's lots more! I've read everything twice now and it's made my day. :) I'll probably be reading it again because I love everything you've written so far and think it's pretty damn perfect. Your stories are the best Swan queen stories I've found so far and I sincerely hope you have lots more ideas floating in your head because I've been checking here at random intervals all day hoping for a new story to magically appear. I love this last one as much if not even more than the previous ones, because I can definitely imagine Regina reacting like this. After all we do know she comes with lots of emotional baggage and has been really hurt in the past by Snow White although we still don't know exactly how or why. So yes, her reaction was totally in character for me. You're doing a great job with the characters on the whole. I'd love to read your take on the whole fairy-tale thing when you get around to it and in the meanwhile I'll definitely be reading you again. :)

Thank you so much for reading, and for the lovely comments. I do have quite a bit more in mind for these two, so I'll be working on that for sure. I just hope I can continue to do the characters/story justice, and get what's in my head out onto the page. :)
