Might as well

One more thing I guess, just sort of something that popped into my head as I was reading my already posted entry. Does anyone else read their blog posts, forum posts, and/or e-mails after they've already sent them? In the case of emails especially, it makes not sense because you can't edit anything. And yet, I get this great sort of feeling of satisfaction of reading it as if I was the person receiving the email and imagining how the email might have affected them in some way. I've just always wondered if my emails were well worded or good, what kind of tone I have. I honestly don't try to sound like anything or anyone... but I just wonder, what do I come off like from my emails, posts, etc. It's really something I've wondered about. When reading the emails I usually like to think that things are clearly stated and that I'm persuasive or expressive depending on what I'm trying to accomplish.

Usually, I think it works out and reading my own words gives me some sort of gratification. Is that narcissistic? It's not really a rhetorical question. I mean, everyone is to some extent, so the only insulting part of the answer would be if someone puts you above an 8 on a 10 point scale.

Even more curiously, does anyone else do this? I know at this point pretty much no one reads this or if they do, probably don't look twice. But if you do care to humor me an anonymous comment wouldn't hurt anyone.
