so, i got a phone call yesterday from my rheumatologist's assistant, a lovely lady by the name of carole. she worked her special brand of ohwhatabeautifulmorning frelling voodoo, and finagled two humira pens out of one of her

But is this just a short-term fix to a long-term problem? Or do you think she can work that voodoo regularly enough to be of long-term benefit?

i'm definitely pretty sure it's a one-time deal; she just did it so that i didn't have to suffer 5 weeks between shots. this sets me up for a shot every other week now, which is what the insurance company will allow me. it's so much better than what i was prepared to deal with this month!

as my part was instrumental in the sticking of it to the man, i will agree wholeheartedly and say "huzzah." now, if i could make a living off moderate suffering and general blahness, i'd be like unto a god!
