RIP Charles Brown
Locus publisher Charles Brown died in his sleep on July 12th. He was a fixture in the world of SF Fandom, and probably knew everything there was to know about the SF industry. If you want to know about upcoming publications, who has sold a new novel, find out news about the industry, or just read some solid reviews, Locus has been the place to go for Science Fiction since the 1960s. He was at both of the WorldCons that I've attended and always had some great stories to tell. He will be sadly missed.
