As many of my friends have posted cat-related motifiques the last day or so, I figured I'd add my own not-entirely-related bits.
Our cat, Darcy's unofficial name is "too pretty to be a boy" but it's not about him today.
The story of strays always brings me back to The Weakerthan's song "Virtute The Cat Explains Her Departure". It's the sequel to the song "A Plea From a Cat Named Virtute", which is far more uplifting.
But I do so appreciate how John K. Sampson anthropomorphizes his critters.
