After Thanksgiving week-end Mandy and I are going to try and embark on a healthy approach to general life-y things such as exercise and diet. Mandy has already way out-stripped me in exercise as she wants to and from work and also has access to a personal trainer via the university.
I, on the other hand, get my small bits of walking in by slinking down a couple blocks to the bus, back again, and taking Miss Sniffer-nozzle out and about.
One other thing that I've really let slip in the last couple weeks is going to bed on time. I know that 10pm may not seem horrifically late for some folks, but I find with getting up at 5:30 in the morning 10pm is just too late. I can function if I stay up later, but until I started going to bed earlier I didn't realise how difficult stay up late made my day.
And of course, last night was no better. After supper I spent some time working on the basement (one more bundle of insulation and I'm done), and then did my normal computer-putter. Which lasted until 10:30. Damn my focus!
So, here I am today feeling a bit of the crusty juggler and formulating my good intentions.
And as we all know, the road to Hell is paved with good intentions.
