WE WON

Yay, Canada won the gold medal at the World Junior hockey championships. We beat Russia 5-0 and Justin Pogge got his shutout! What can I say I told you I love Pogge, I have a thing for goaltenders, but even if I didn't he was great. He won player of the game, and something else. Congrats.

It's always so sad to see macho hockey men cry so much...you can tell their hearts are in it.

I still can't get over the U.S. kicking us out in the quarters.

I know, even though I was so happy we won I felt so incredibly bad for the Russian guys who were crying.

The Czechs played really well against them though, everyone was laughing cause all the Canadian fans who were there keep yelling 'Go Czechs Go' cause we have that rivalry with the Americans.

lol, I thought czechs and canadians hate each other when it comes to hockey and they were cheering for us.

It is the same for us and Slovakia..the rivalry's huge.

No, we don't really have anything against the Czechs.
Our major rivalry is with the U.S.A. but we also have a really good one with Russia/Soviet Union that goes back to like the 70's. Rivalries make for such interesting games. I bet the Czech/Slovakia games are good to watch.

Yeah, the angle is cool with his reflection. His refection is funny though, but I love Pogge. He's kinda red too. Hockey players are always really red after games :|
