sncross_bigbang: artwork for 'Nightmares Don't Always Come at Night' by spirited_lizard
While waiting for that 'other' BIGBANG to start up this year I decided I wanted to give sncross_bigbang a shot and challenge myself with something a little bit different...I'm so happy that I did. ;)
Anyways without rambling too much, this is the summary that jumped out at me and made me snatch up the chance to do the artwork...
When a missing persons case brings Sam and Dean Winchester to little town Mystic Falls, Virginia, they realize that they might want to rethink everything they know about vampires. They meet High School girl Elena Gilbert and think she got something to hide. Sam and Dean investigate and what they discover is a hunter's worst nightmare.
Yep! It's a Supernatural and The Vampire Diaries crossover!! Which if you know me, you would understand why I'd jump at the chance to do artwork for a fic like this....I love 'my' Thursday night lineup on the cw. Plus! I actually know spirited_lizard aka the author of this story, she's been on my flist forever and I completely didn't realize that this was the story she'd been so excited about for months...I guess I'm kinda oblivious like that. ;)
