My view on my particular role as Brujah Coordinator
The Brujah are, perhaps only tied by the Gangrel, the most free form clan as far as what they do and how they work. They have no hierarchy or structure. I provide the sea (genre packets and NPCs) and then let the players steer the ship of their genre. I feel that it's my place to facilitate, not dictate, and that's one reason I refuse to run coordinator plots. I view my job as mostly trying to make sure they don't run aground, and when they do I try to help them push the ship back out into the water.
