I've not smoked any weed in three days. Wow big fuckin deal Sam. Well it's a big thing for me seeing as Guthrie bought a 40 bag last night and I chose not to partake! Well at least I'm not craving...I'll get back to you all on that though. Hmm, I wonder how long I can last. Carmichael's quitting for 6 weeks apparently. I don't think I can ( Read more... )

i know what u mean about not smokin, i think the longest ive gone in the past is about 4 months, recently the longest has been about 3 weeks, i get that tight chest thing too i pure hate it. good luck tho! im sure you'll manage! it sounds really interestin at your work, hope u enjoy it!

Couldn't even last a bloody week! How pathetic? I'm far too impressionable, Carmichael decided he was going to smoke last night and I stupidly followed in his footsteps. Ach well. It took me a good few tries to give up fags, so setbacks are to be expected. Especially when Spoon raised the issue that we haven't even started uni yet, so why are we quitting right now, 3 weeks before the start of term.
I think I shuold set myself smaller goals, start off saying I won't smoke for a week, then take it from there. Have to take one day at a time lol, I sound like a pure junkie!

lol, ah well, im like that as well i cant refuse a bucket or bong! you cld always try smokin every other day or somthing, i did it a bit last year at college, tho, i doubt my course is anything like nursing, my course is shit and pretty easy! hehe!

I think just as long as I don't smoke during the week I should be ok. Hopefully.
I can manage midweek without smoking, just not really the weekend.
Ach well, if at first you don't succeed and all that.
