The first weekly recs of 2012. No blurbs this week, because there are over thirty stories and if I'd tried to write something for each this would never have gotten posted. (But on the other hand there are so many because I haven't posted a recs list in a good few weeks...and now I feel guilty all over again.)  Anyway, enjoy.

I think I've got this cross-posting thing worked out now, and I actually really like using Dreamwidth. Not only does it have the old LJ editor, but it has the old-old LJ editor, which means I can edit the weekly recs posts from my phone without things going pear-shaped. Win! (and hopefully more frequent recs posts!)
