When I saw my doctor last week, he gave me my 10-year TDAP (tetanus, etc.) booster, and when I mentioned that due to my planned China trip later this year, a doctor friend had suggested I also get a Hepatitis A shot, he agreed. Because he doesn't recommend getting multiple vaccinations simultaneously, he suggested that I wait a few days and get the Hep A shot at my pharmacy. So on Sunday, I went to Walgreens and got that shot.
I think I'm now completely vaccinated for all recommended things, including all COVID shots and boosters currently authorized. If another COVID booster is authorized, I'll get that, and I probably will get a flu shot before the Worldcon trip. I've never had an allergic reaction to any vaccination. In my case, as they say in the commercials, the most common side effect is pain around the injection site. Better safe than sorry, in my opinion.
