The Curse of the Time Change
A one-hour time change shouldn't be so difficult to handle. It would be like me flying to Salt Lake City or Phoenix. (Arizona doesn't observe DST, so is on Mountain Time year around.) Yes, I have been on the wrong foot every morning since Sunday. Instead of waking up on my own a few minutes before my alarm, I am being knocked awake and the worst part of my sleep cycle and am consequently partially zombified much of the day. I'm going to see if heading to bed early today helps.
