Lisa felt worse than I did when we got back from Tonopah, and decided it would be prudent to self-isolate in her travel trailer. That's easy enough for her to do, as the trailer has a bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen. She had me fill the trailer's water tank and bring supplies out to her and leave them outside the door for her, to minimize contact.

I've concluded that the way to "live with it" (and not die with it) is to keep masking up. I may be doing so for the rest of my life, which I expect will be longer than if I don't.
Lisa is getting better, but it's slow. And the only issues she's having is a stuffy head and a sore throat from the nasal drainage, so it is definitely more hay-fever-like than cold- or flu-like, so while it's still no fun, it's less worrisome than if she'd tested positive for COVID.
