Slow Day
I did have the third of three non-profit board meetings (CanSMOF in this case) in three weeks today, but I'm not the Secretary of that one, so it's less work.
I had a fair bit of breakfast stuff that was nearing its use-by date, so instead of picking up breakfast from the Wigwam this morning, I cooked this. It's too warm for a wood fire, and there's no stove-top cooker in the main house, so I cooked a ham-mushroom-cheese omelette in the microwave oven, while cooking hash brown patties and a couple of hot links in the toaster oven. No frying necessary.
The rest of the day was very quiet. Tomorrow, if Lisa and I can get our sleep schedules into the right place, will be busier, but I'll write about that if and when it happens.
