The critters are back gathered around the feeder this afternoon.
There are the small birds, at least one dove, and two chipmunks. The small birds scatter at the slightest disruption, and it only takes one to startle and the rest fly off, only to return when they think it's safe again. I can't get any closer than this (from the front window) because they know what the sound of the front door opening means.
I find it amusing that the doves, which are medium sized birds, don't want to get close to the groups of smaller birds, or the chipmunks.
