Moods have seasonal fluctuations, too
It's really been an up & down week.
-NYC with my son last weekend, visiting my brother. Very definite UP.
-Feeling over-committed and run-down in the early part of the week, to the point of having a minor meltdown. No question, DOWN.
-Good friends to talk to, making things right with the world again. Yep, UP again.
-The thought of Bacon happy hour. Another UP.
-Getting carried away at work yesterday & steamrolling a meeting. Crash & Burn - back DOWN.
-Lion King tomorrow with my son. Things are looking UP again.
Right now - the glass is half full.
