This weekend, N and I dehydrated 5 trays of seasoned Roma tomatoes.
Tray one: balsamic vinegar
Tray two: freshly cracked black pepper
Tray three: sea salt
Tray four: basil
Tray five: oregano
We're planning on using them on pizzas throughout the winter.
We have also dehydrated plain Romas and strawberries. I'm surprised we haven't dehydrated other fruits this year...
