global warming, global freezing
despite unsavoury temperatures (-9C w/ -20 wind chill), we are going to the global warming rally at yonge and dundas square.
I am tired of missing out on activist events because of one thing or another. I missed a breastfeeding rally at queen's park (the building) on wednesday because I didn't want to expose other mothers and babies to the cold that A had and I might have been getting. I felt horrible about missing that.
I really don't want to spend the day hiding from the weather and miss protesting the entities whose actions are further screwing with weather patterns.

UPDATE: We're back. Oh, my, was it ever cold. But we felt SO GOOD getting out there and being a part of something. And we got to see our friend, Bruce, so that was lovely, too.
