hot water!!!
does anyone know anything about the correlation between water heater temperature and steam-rod/radiator heaters?
the hot water in our apartment is WAAAAAAAAAAAYY too hot. We're talkin' 3rd degree burn territory, easily. We have radiators/steam-rods. Does the water heater have to be this hot in order for the radiators to put out heat? or is this a stupid waste of energy/unnecessary danger to tenants (and their little babies)?
