Started Season Three of Milennium last night. No spoilers please.
I've missed it; the soundtrack is soothing and time spent with Lynxie full of cuddly goodness.
Broke a plate yesterday. On accident, mind you, so I was not impressed with myself. Not that I would be impressed with myself had I done it on purpose... I don't actually think I've ever broken a plate on purpose. Anyhow, we're down to two dinner plates, two bowls and two salad plates: Half of our plateware has died accidental deaths. So very sad.
Stayed up to 6:45 am working on various and sundry. Made headway on another project for Lynx and a to-do list to give direction to today. Was able to cross off 7.25 things from my list in the first three hours of being up. Woohoo! In the process, I've learned lots more about GST and PST registration.
Still have about another hour or so of work on L's project. I'm dragging my feet, as it involves writing copy. Ugh. I'm so much better at editing existing material than I am writing original material. Fie! But the sooner it gets done, the sooner she gets paid. That would be nice, since we're past due on our storage unit again and rent is coming due soon.
Found more bills to sort through and organize, whilst sorting through and organizing one of the 5 piles of paper and whatnot near L's desk. I expect (and very much hope) to find more bills in subsequent piles. We've a spotty record for 2005 that is slowly being filled in as I find more bills. Hello, organizational-mishap hell. I'm trying to get her tax info prepared and ready to go for her accountant so that she doesn't get behind.
When I get through this to-do list, I hope to start working on a redesign of the Wolf Moon website. So. Very. Outdated. Have vague ideas floating around in my head.
Still not finished with The Art of Loving -- have maybe 10 pgs left that I haven't made time to read -- or Where the Spirits Ride the Wind -- not quite half-way. I need to be in a more relaxed frame of mind when reading that one, I think. Not necessarily less busy, but less frantic-feeling. Maybe I'll finish it after we've moved. I was hoping to have them both finished in January, but I'm such a book slacker. I enjoy reading, but I rarely make as much time for it as I would ideally like to. Meh. Someday.
