Well, if there's one thing good about getting sick, it's the chunk of reading I get done since I can't breathe well enough to sleep, I can't look down far enough to write without my nose running, and I can't focus on a computer screen for long periods of time without my eyes hurting or getting a headache.  So far in the last 24 hours I've already ( Read more... )

You got quite a nice list of reading stacked up.... be interested to hear your thoughts once you're done.

It'll be nice to have your music where you can't lose it to a hard disk going down. That sort of backup is not too expensive normally, but it does suck to buy external drives to do it and then you have to keep track of them. (Or burn it to CD or DVD and hope they don't get scratched... not worth it for me simply because it's a hassle to organize as things won't stay alphabetized).

Well, I have a 2 TB (yes, terabyte) external I was backing the Alienware up onto after the 1 TB external crashed, but all of my iTunes stuff is on the 1 TB one and I haven't had the time or funds to get it rescued yet, so this was my "quick fix". This way, too, if Dan wants to listen to something I have, he's got my password so he can listen too. Another great thing about the Cloud feature is I can log on and listen to my stuff ANYWHERE, on ANY computer with internet, and download my stuff onto it if I wish.
