Seems like a short dialogue in a story. The whole thing says, "Touch it a bit, what does it feel like?"

I didn't know you were learning traditional Mandarin too? XD

I can sort of read unsimplified charactrs, but I don't usually write them. For Japanese I actually learned some of them, because they don't use the Chinese simple form (they simplified some, but in a different way)

It's a speech bubble from a doujinshi XD thanks for helping me out! I was totally stumped on that one.

Ah I see! Same same, I always use simplified Mandarin but I can recognise some traditional mandarin because they look familiar.

No problem, I got my mother to help me translate that one (needed her help because she can read both simplified and traditional XD).

it's similar to japanese, the structure of " ___ wo shitemiru"(Try do ____), where miru in kanji is 見る

看 = look
見る = look

稍微= a little, slightly

so in short, the whole thing says: "How does it feel? try moving it a little"

I get the vibe that it's talking about Ed's Automail...

Ah, I translated that with automail in mind, but if it's clothes, then it'd be "try moving (yourself) in it" rather than "try moving it(automail)" since the subject is implied.

mind let me have a look at the doujinshi too?

just, err... it's Roy/Ed and very NC17 (normally I wouldn't be reading it, but I jumped on the opportunity to read something FMA-related in Chinese). If you're interested....here (it's translated from Japanese).
