Now I just have to figure out what to do with 12 cups of chicken stock.
You can freeze it in ice cube trays, then put the cubes in ziplocs to use for soup later.

I don't have ice cube trays (we have an ice maker), but I've frozen all of it in 1, 2 or 4 cup containers, so I figure I can just pull it out for a recipes as needed.

There ya go.
Someday, I will get a freezer to store things in. The cellar stairs are narrow and steep, though, so lord knows what will fit down there.

I wish I had the money and space for a separate freezer. I don't have that much food in my fridge, but I've taken over the freezer.
