Beans & rice won over stirfry. For sausage, I used a roll of spicy breakfast sausage I picked up at giant. On one hand, it takes like sort of spicy breakfast sausage which doesn't really blend with black beans and rice. On the other hand, I really like this spicy breakfast sausage.
