Okay, so, I dunno how many fans out there know Hocus Pocus, but it's a pretty good - not great, but good - Halloween kid flick, in which a teen lights a candle and summons three evil witches who want to eat the life force of all the children in Salem. It's better than it sounds. And for being a movie from 1993, it's got pretty decent CGI, especially when concerning Thackery Binx, the boy-turned-talking-immortal-cat played by NCIS's very own Sean Murray (And I want to know why the heck no one has written a fic in which McGee reveals he used to be an immortal cat.) <3 hee, Thackery. I pretty much only watch the movie for that cat.
Anyways. Trolling Tumblr this fine pre-dawn hour, I found out something rather BAM-in-your-face revelationy. Did you know, in the scene with the big party in which the witches sing and cast a spell on everyone that makes them dance nonstop, there is apparently a guy dressed in Classic Tron circuitry?
Naturally, being obsessed as I am with Tron currently, I immediately went Holyshitthat'sawesome. And now I have more reasons to watch Hocus Pocus.
