my shaggy do
So my most recent decision is to let my hair grow out a bit. It is somewhat connected to the whole Deshawn Stevenson/Drew Gooden beard competition - I’ve told kris that I won’t cut my hair until Deshawn shaves his beard off.
Now that its gotten a bit shaggy on me, I’m curious at how long I can stand to let it grow. I won’t let it get too long - I’m not in the market for long hair anymore, but I think I can stand to let it get a bit unruly. :) Here are some pics of where I am now. I’ve pretty much given up on putting crap in my hair. It’s too long for it to stand up on it’s own so I’ve just been letting it fall. It definitely makes getting ready in the morning a lot easier!
after a while I think I’ll just start looking horrible! It’s inevitable, really.
a small part of me wonders if having longer-ish hair will be helpful when I take the bar. Maybe the weird virginia people will not harass me if I look more like a girl. Who knows. Sigh. I hate that I have to worry about stuff like that.
