(no subject)
i don't usually think up names for my kids, but i think i found my girl's name: Silmeria, its the name of a Valkyrie from the Norse mythology (Viking religion). In Viking religion Odin is the Chief god as he is known as the god of wisdom, war, battle, death, magic, poetry, prohecy, victory and the hunt. The first four r the main ones the others are things attested to him. Odin has Valkryie or goddesses that watch over those who had fallen in battle. The brave and heroic ones they would carry off to Valhalla a hall for the fallen and these soldiers would become einherjar. There they wait for the battle of the gods or the end of time to defend good from evil. Well i've been playing Valkyrie Profile 2 and Silmeria is a really cool character and i like her name. It's either that or Juno, the Queen of the gods in Roman religion. They are unique names with great meanings. I haven't thought about boy names yet, i just thought, hey that be a pretty one.
Well it's Friday which means my brother should be coming home today for the weekend. he's hear for Lucy's graduation, can't believe that girl already is graduating. I saw them at my grad. picnic last sunday and Nick is so tall, his voice is deep and he's like 5'11 and he STILL isn't in High School, he's got a year to go, really wierd. Well when Joe gets back it's just me and him for the next like three days. We're gonna play the ps3 at his house for a while, bowl, pool, anything really. No one to bug us or piss us off, we're gonna try to call up Josh too see if he can make it over one of these days. I also have to give him his expensive bday present, i'm just worried if he bought me the ps3 cuz that would mean we have two and no need for all that. Be uber sweet if he brought up the wii or the 360 cuz then we just have more to play. But first i have to take my sister to the airport she is leaving to go back home. It was cool that she was up here. Then i have dinner with Erica at TGIF, by that time Joe will probably be getting home. I am also debating on giving him my other Buster Sword. I've been practicing with my own and getting better, it is still hard as heck to wield the thing but i think i'm getting it.
I finished up on my two character concepts, they are now ready to go, just need Mike's approval. One of them is a sure fire good one, just have to worry about the money, the second might be a bit harder to use but i think i can get around it. now back to work.
