Today was my one year check-up after my laser eye surgery. I am delighted to find I am still 20/20!
I was even more delighted to find it was free. Celebrated with cookies. I am sort of regretting those, but they were yummy.
More yumminess to come. I am going out for sushi with friends and then afterward we are exchanging photos from our trip to Mexico. That should be fun. He is a trained photojournalist, so I am excited to see his pics.
I made the mistake of window shopping at a travel agency today. Found a very cool river cruise of the Yangtze. It is a bit out of our price range, but close enough to fill my little heart with longing. Strappy does sooooo want to walk the Great Wall one day! My Sweetie has also expressed interest in a river cruise, but I suspect he was thinking more along the lines of the Rhine or Danube.
