Thought it'd happen...
I don't know what had gotten into me, if I didn't understand things properly or got wrong information, but it turned out that a class I wanted to take in semester 2 is placed at a spot already taken by another of my classes, and if it's to miss half of it, well, it's annoying. Too bad, because it was an interesting subject to tackle (history of literary critique, especially in the XXth century). So now I'm a little stuck. :|
Granted, I still have two back-up options, so I'm not totally stuck, but I need more information about them before being able to decide. I hope I'll be able to get that before the end of the morning, so that I can finally complete the admin. registration process itself, and be done with that shit.
I still wish there was an option for us to learn Old English or something like this, rather than having to take a class in literature or theater or other languages 'only'. Not that it's not interesting--I'd just have liked to learn Old English, I guess.
Oh well. One hour to go before the office on campus opens and I can get my info. Let's keep my fingers crossed.
