Sorry in Advance Katelyn
When I told Katelyn before what I'd been doing all day she asked if I was trying to make her jelous. Here's what I've been doing: sleeping, eating leftover Chinese food, surfing the Net, talking to people on Aim, and listening to stuff. Then I went out with Matt. We went with his sister and her boyfriend to this really cute and cozy Italian place where I had a pizza which featured three kinds of cheese and cloves of roasted garlic. Yum!! We also had calamari and some really good bread. We tried to pronounce the Italian names of stuff on the menu and wondered exactly what makes olive oil extra virgin. (we asked the owner, who is very friendly and came over to say hi to all the tables, and he told us that virgin olive oil has only been pressed once and extra virgin has been pressed several times. Which makes no sense if you think about it. Non-virgin olive oil is oil that's been blended with other stuff. Naughty oil. Btw, did you know that the top olive oil producers behind Italy and Grece are Chile and Argentina?) Anyway, very good food and I really liked that restaurant. After that we were going to go down to the beach, but we got out of dinner late and by the time we got down there it was closed. So we went back to Matt's house and I got to introduce Jazzy to Matt's dog Maggie, a mini schnauzer who doesn't like other dogs and was barking all the time. Matt and I watched some of Spiderman 2 befre I headed home. And now I'm here.
