Summer's Here!!!
So, school is finally over. My finals and classes finished yesterday, so now all I have to do is email some papers to my Bio and Sociology profs and start praying. A lot. I really don't think this semester's going to end up all that well, and leaving for Washington with a failed class or two won't be even remotely pleasant.
Mother's Day was nice last weekend. My dad got Mom a Coach bag and my brother and I got her a wallety thingy that goes with it. We also each got her a card, though mine was the only homemade one. She really liked her gifts and cards. Later, we took Nanna and Auntie Gina out to dinner with us, which was nice. Good, very filling food!!
My shows ended last night, leaving me with nothing to do on Thursday nights till mid-September. The Betty and Grey's finales did not disappoint in that they were both excellent. They did leave a bunch of stuff unanswered or unresolved, which'll only make the next three months even longer. ER's finale was not quite as good, which is to be expected from that show these days. I like ER and I'm sticking with it, but since two of my favorite characters (Luca and Abby) are supposedly leaving, I'm worried that the already subpar quality shows will sink even lower. Oh well, we'll find out in a few months I guess.
Mom and I did some major room-cleaning today, spending about six hours dusting and re-organizing just about everything. I don't think my desk and shelves have ever been this clean.
Tomorrow, I'm going out to Glenn's for a bit of a post-birthday party with a whole bunch of other people. Will tell you all about that when I get home.
The Mets just beat the Yankees in the first game of this weekend's Subway series. WOOT!!!!!
