Things've been so crazy over the past week that I haven't really had the time (or desire) to discuss school. Thought I would now, since I'm going back tomorrow. I went in last Monday to get books, tell professors I wouldn't be around for the rest of the week, and do some final schedule finagling. Since I now qualify for the Honors program, I switched into Honors Public Speaking, which meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I also dropped Math again (nothing resolved about the book) and replaced it with Bio on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. Besides those two I'm still in American Society, Human Sexuality, and Gym. And I get Fridays off now. WOOT!!! Also, things are now looking better on the book front. The two books we have to read for Sociology are pretty generic and can be found anywhere. I got Fast Food Nation off Bookshare, though I have yet to find Sidewalks in any format I can use. I can get a PDF copy of my Public Speaking book from the publisher as long as I go through my CSD counselor and have proof that I purchased the actual book. (I do, we bought the textbooks last week just in case we couldn't find them anywhere else) Going to do that with Jeff tomorrow. And the publishers of my Bio book offer an ebook version, which is really nice. Just have to try and find Human Sexuality and we'll be good.
