A few of you might understand what Xming can do. A few less of you might understand what X11 forwarding is any good for. Personally, I didn't know what either of these things were until two days ago when I was looking for a replacement for VNC. By making a secure shell connection to my Linux computer from work, I can run all the programs on the home computer, but using my work computer as the display.
