When my iRiver first arrived, it still contained music from its previous owner; about 1GB of it was classical music that I hung onto, in case I ever wanted to hear it. Today I copied some of it back onto the drive and let it get shuffled in, and I recognized a theme from a Beethoven symphony...
because it was the high-score music from an ancient video game.
I forget which one, but that isn't the point. (Until I remember.)
Also: Holy crap, one more day of work and then I'm out of there for an entire month. I spoke to one of my neighboring co-workers and offered him the plant that has been on my desk. He agreed to water it while I'm gone. It's a very low-maintenance plant and requires very little water, and it's growing ludicrously taller than any of the other plants they handed out ... it must have been at least 6-8 months ago. But I figured it's still a responsibility that needs to be properly delegated, since I forgot to say arrividerci to the rest of the floor before they left between 5-6pm, and most of them won't be around tomorrow, so my guess is that sometime two weeks from now, someone will utter the phrase, "hey, have any of you guys heard from Kermit?" Yeah.
