Fic challenge for 2014 #11 ~ Starstruck
Hi,
this is a double drabble, which is suitable as it is for a double dedication. Dedications go to someone dgcatanisiri (whose birthday it was a few days ago I have discovered), I communicated with occasionally on the The Wolf Pack forum; for fans of Jet Wolf and her Season 8 continuation of the Buffyverse, but also to ozma914 , who I know as a huge fan of the Wizard of Oz books, and whose had some good news recently.
This is set early in Season 8 of The Chosen, but there are no spoilers for that should you choose to investigate and read. Please do, as that continuation http://btvschosen.com/index.php needs to be re-continued!

Summary: Some of the Slayers created by Willow's spell turn up from the most surprising places.
Buffy hurried up the corridor leading to her office, such as it was, having been called from a much needed bath. Junior Slayers, scattered, or found reasons to take a longer route to the commissary.
"I'm telling you it's her!" Buffy heard as she walked past Hazel MacFadden, one of Faith's personal charges.
She was talking to Dawn, who waved at her sister, but wisely chose not to follow the agitated older Summers.
"Well?" She asked of Willow; Andrew and Giles as she approached her office.
Andrew seemed tongue-struck for once, so was Willow, which was far more disturbing; Giles just wiped his glasses and pointed them vaguely at her door.
"She wandered in an hour ago." He told her.
"It's her?" She asked.
"Uh-huh," Will muttered; looking a little... starstruck?
"She even looks like Judy!" Buffy sighed; Andrew was starstuck as well!
When she walked into her office and saw the girl sitting; standing a second after she opened the door, at the desk she was forced to admit Andrew was right.
She held her hand out and, in a far too sprightly voice, asked rhetorically, "I am going to hazard a guess, and say this still isn't Kansas."
