LOLOLO SUMMER
So there I was, getting my haircut by a new haircutmanthing named Dan. He was shampooing my skull and we were making small talk about this and that. We talked about school and he asked what I was majoring in and I said animation. I explained that USI doesn't have that major. Without missing a beat, he responded,
"Go to IUPUI. My friend is up there and he wants to work at Pixar."
Am I missing the obvious because I'm too afraid to make the move or what.. I have to decide.. I have to.. or nothing will transfer and I'm going to be a freshman all over again. ):
I also found out Ball State offers an animation minor from one of the interns I work with. I pooped myself a little but I'm not sure about BSU. Its just a minor. Who knows really. We'll see, I've mailed both schools. I'm mailing the illustration professor at USI as well to see what he thinks.
ANYWAYS I did get my haircut and I think we're going to try and train my bangs over so I can sort of haaaave.. bangs. SORT of. I love my longer bangs so it wouldn't be a big change but enough to sort of mix things up a bit.
Do you ever have one of those days where you just feel really revitalized and you want to go out and do everything you've ever thought of doing? Haha, today I want to get my ears and nose pierced double shot. But I'm indecisive and I hate needles so LOLOLOL GOOD ONE HUH!!!!!!
I'm started to get excited about moving in and going to school.. Kara will be really fun to live with I think. We (me, kara & drew) are going to try and get a little bit of independent animation going. Drew and I were discussing how we're going to animation a pair of pants with a moustache going into a restaurant and meeting a gay cat waiter (tyler) and a chef crab. I am going to miss Drew terribly though. But I love him so whatever distance can suck my weiner for a while!
