SO! Lots of fun things going on right now. I currently have in my posession Daniel Knight's beast camera and I've been roaming around town taking lots of pictures with it. I'm attending a wedding tomorrow with him & Brooke and we're going to photography it up. It will be a long 12 hour day. I'll get 100 bucks though so that's something to think about isn't it?
Now, onto the mother effing FALL OUT BOY CONCERT!!!!!
Last Friday Drew & I drove up to Indy only to find that our concert was postponed until Tuesday. We couldn't believe it. Luckily, we went to Hardees and had sexy burgers of tastiness and then found out that we could both get off work to go. SO, we did. Onto Tuesday. We arrived at the Venue a little earlier than the time before and we were some of the first people there. (in the grand scheme of things since there were 11,000 + by the end of the night.) We stood behind a couple of gay guys that were talking about buttsecks and slashing their wrists. It was awkward. Very, very awkward. We got through the gate, went to the merch line and I got a new Clandestine necklace thing that I think I'm going to hang in my car or use on my keychain. I also got a shirt and a poster. Drew got a Cobra Starship shirt since.. well most of the FOB shirts blew. We then went to the box office to pick up our meet & greet bands when I realized... I FORGOT MY ID!!!! The lady was a real sport about it and she got me back out the gate and I sprinted to my car that was days away. Finally, a security man comes up and asks if I need a rider and I was nude in the golf car faster than you can say sweet Susan. I got to my car, demolished my wallet in order to find my license, and then we floored it and went back to the gate where he got me past 32320 people and back inside. We got our bands, then went to wait for the meet & greet. I was really nervous and felt like I was dying because I had just ran for the first time in months, lmao. Drew bought me a coke and I could hardly drink it. Finally when everyone was assembled (during this time we missed Cobra Starship) we got in line and headed towards the m&g. While waiting in that line we talked to Dirty, Gabe went by on a bike a few times and Travis Barker went by. We also talked to various FOB people and Cobra band members walked by as well I think? Charlie came up, bald and stupid, blowing his whistle acting like the god of the world. He was a major asshole I'll tell you that much. We march down to this little building and the boys came out and I guess I know what starstruck feels like now! I clung to Drew's body as I oogled Peter in all his glory. Andy was fugly as I suspected and Joe's hair was crazy. PATRICK WAS ADORABLE LIKE A ROTUND TEDDY BEAR, I LOVED HIM SO MUCH! Charlie kept blowing his whistle and the line moved really fast, it almost sucked that we were at the head of it. I asked Patrick to sign my beast of a poster and he laughed and said, "It isn't that much of a beast." And I wanted to tell him I loved him for being precious and humble. Next was Andy, and I didn't know what to say to him because I wanted to puke in my mouth so I said hi and he signed. Said hi to Joe and he signed as well. It was then I noticed Drew getting in trouble for asking Pete to draw him a cat. Pete was laughing and Charlie told the kids in line to not ask the band stupid questions. I asked if I could risk it, he said go ahead and I slammed my hands down on the desk, leaned in towards Pete and said, "Will you draw me a cat Peter?" and he said yes and Charlie got in my ear and blew his stupid whistle. I said, "Guess I won't ever be hearing out of that ear again." And Pete sort of looked towards Charlie as if he were thinkingm, "Fuckhead." He signed, Drew me a kitty and I told him thank you and he said your welcome and smirked and I wanted to rape his body. MWAHAHA.
We then got back in line and started talking to the girls infront of us. We had to get our picture with them. The girl infront of me said, "I call Pete!" and my heart sank but I was too excited to really care at that point. We got back up on the stand they were on and lo and behold, the right side of Pete was not taken. I probably made a face like this O_O and I wheeled over to him robot style. He put his arm around me and I clung to him like a baby Koala. Except not really because I wanted to puke. Drew came in beside us and then they shot the photo and reluctantly I let go to Mr. Wentz and walked off the stand like a zombie. BEST DAY EVER!!!!!!!
For days I thought my ear was dead for sure so that sort of ruined Paul Wall and The Academy Is for me. Paul Wall gave out grills and SUCKED but I laughed because... lmao, Paul Wall. What are you even doing here? TAI was awesome as usual, Beckett might as well should have not been wearing any pants because they were so tight. I thought of Brittany. Then I thought about how Beckett probably didn't have a weiner because.. well, no man wears pants like that. +44 was alright but we went to get something to drink for half of that. My ear started to feel better and we went back in the stadium (we were pretty FREAKIN' close might I add) and +44 played an old Blink song and that made me crazy happy. The anticipation heightened when FOB was preparing to come on, and all the girls stripped nude and screamed. Then they somehow burst out of the stage looking bewildered and they started to play. Drew and I sang and danced practically the whole time and I either had a camera or a phone in my hand for most of the concert. It was amazing, I really let myself get into this one because the batteries died in my camera and who knows when I'll see them again. They played Happy Tree Friends on the video screen during Carpul Tunnel of Love, and shot baseballs at dirty and sang Beat It by Michael Jackson. Then Patrick was telling us about how sorry he was they postponed the show and he sang "Nobody want to see us together" by Akon and it was ironic because I was just telling Drew how much I hated that song, lmao. Everyone held up their phones at one point and it looked like space. SO MANY PEOPLE!!! It was an absolute BLAST. Panic puts on a really good show but wow, FOB is great live. Confetti, fire, Pete and Joe randomly appearing out in the crowd somehow?? Pete licking his guitar... and doing the salute (Brittany I screamed like a tiny little girl out of joy) and jumping off things and spinning and Andy being awkward on the drums. And Joe being Joe! At the end Pete sort of got in the pit and confetti went SKOOOO at our bodies, and it was over.
We walked away talking about how it was one of the greatest things, let alone concerts, we ever experienced.
It took us 2292902901091091901 days to get out of Verizon Wireless Ampitheater and we searched for a Steak & Shake. The first one we went to was packed so we drove on and found another packed one but went inside regardless. It was nummers and full of FOB fans. On the way home I saw a shooting star and the night was perfect, HAHAHAH.
So there you have it, I wrote that quickly, forgot SO many things and sounded like a 12 year old fangirl which I secretly am on the inside. Now I will shower for I smell terrible. Good day sirs.
