What I have learned today:
If you are looking at the effect of a molecule on cells under the microscope, you'd best be sure that you know what the molecule alone looks like under the microscope. Particularly when the molecule likes to form huge aggregates that makes it about the size of the cells' aggregates.
So, in other words, I spent the last two days taking pictures of the new thing we were adding to the cells instead of taking pictures of the cells themselves. Silly me :p
I'm exhausted. Wish I could go home now but have another hour or so until I can. Think I'll take a nap with my eyes open at my desk.....
