ooc - State of the muse and thoughts on the episode 2x12

So, here we are. It's been a hell of a morning for me, battling a flood, a download that wouldn't move its ass, a blackout screwing said download, returning the power and another download that refused to take less than 2 hours to get me the latest Walking Dead episode.

Obvious spoilers for episode 2x12 )

Hi! I was going to PM you but then I saw this and went "perfect!"

So first, I am so so so sorry that I've been absent. I told you a bit about the current guy drama but I still want to apologize. I know it sucks waiting around for someone.

As for Shane, OMG! I mean I've read a few of the comics so I knew it was inevitable that he would die, and he was antagonizing the shit out of it, but it's still sad that he's not going to be on the show anymore.

Though in a way I'm a little glad. I was really starting to miss old Shane (not batshit crazy Shane) so the fact that you want to take him before the Otis thing makes me really happy. Besides, it's been hard playing Jess on that farm. The finalle previews for next week is like EVERYTHING she's been saying for months. They are too out in the open. The farm's not secure enough. Their ammo is limited. And they know that the walkers are moving away from the heavily populated areas in search of new food. Eventually, a shit storm was going to down on them if they didn't pack up and go somewhere safer.

So if Shane is leaving, Jess will be right there with him.

Couldn't resist it. I had ALL THE FEELINGS and well...

Babe, don't ever apologize for RL events. I'm just truly glad that things are picking up for you, even if it probably doesn't feel that much at the moment. <3<3<3

Yeah, that's pretty much how I felt. I mean, I still enjoyed him in the last couple of episodes, because, even thought he was a hot-headed paranoid, I could still see where he was standing and support some his ideas. He totally lost it in the last one. I was talking to officr_friendly's mun and she pointed out something that's very true. One thing would be shooting Randall. But killing him with his bare hands? He's lost it completely and frankly, it just hurt to see him that way.

I'm really glad to hear that. I've missed your girl and, going back to that time would probably give them both a chance to develop a much healthier relationship too.
