Its been a long time but there's a recipe that my family acquired, somehow, but it consists of a special sauce consisting of a pound of ground meat, a large can of Ranch Style (brand) beans, tub of sour cream, an entire block of Velveta cheese, El pato sause, and if willing, a tub of chop jalapeño peppers. This is poured over crushed Nacho Cheesier Doritos and topped with chopped lettuce, tomatoes, olives, and other taco toppings.
I haven't had it in ages and have had cravings for it from time to time. I just wish I knew the recipe so I could make some. Some of the ingredients are hard to get in Buffalo, but not impossible.
