I must be careful, for wonder can lead to doubt
I recently posted on why I've become anti-political involvement. Around that same time, a different part of my psyche became opposed to premarital committed relationships. I've only recently began to wonder whether these two beliefs are at all related. Is this what people mean by "doubting themselves"? It seems that I must believe that I'm the only one in the world who has things figured out. I wonder if that's how most of the people in insane asylums feel about themselves.
