Yesterday I walked about 30 minutes -- not very fast by
my standards, but I was tired at the end. Today I've
done little of use. I want to get out of here soon to
go walking (this time I'll take it easy because I want
to get to the store and back to get something for the
poly potluck tonight), and do the 20-minute Workout as
well. I'm pouting about doing aerobics and calisthenics
on the same day, but I tell myself that at some point
it'll get easier, and at some point after that I'll have
lost the ten pounds that are my goal at the moment (I'll
save thinking about 20 until after that's done; it's my
ideal weight, but I haven't weighed that since early in
college).
