Walked 30 minutes on treadmill yesterday. Didn't walk today,
but I stood at various Goodwill racks for long enough that I
had to kneel on the floor in the exit line -- I'm going to say that
counts.
I skipped square dancing -- I'm not as motivated to go now
that
drewkitty isn't attending and there are lots of
other things to do on Wednesdays. That I wouldn't have made
it two tips after that Goodwill trip is beside the point. I was
planning to go to the
Peninsula Women's Group, but Will
suggested a movie and I stayed home with him to watch it.
"John Q". Pretty good (Denzel da man). I'd have enjoyed it
better if I'd known how it ended, but that's just me. I wouldn't
object to seeing it again.
I did
my RealAge workout again tonight after the
movie. It took me about 35 minutes, both because I didn't have
to read the instructions as carefully and because I couldn't do
as many of some of the exercises (because my legs were still
tired from the aforementioned Goodwill trip). Next time (Friday)
(?) (!) I'll set up my laptop and follow along with the 20-minute
workout video, and see how much of each exercise I can do in
the allotted time.
