I politely and professionally refused to issue a letter of invitation for a visa, so that some guy can attend a conference, but not register and pay until he gets there on site, and then only with cash.

He responded by calling me a trollop.

I fail to see how I am the one with questionable morals in this situation.

Well, it looks like I'm going to be doing the Merrillville tax institute, next week.

I'll be driving up on Sunday, coming back Monday.

What sucks, though, is that due to IU rules, this trip is only authorized for in-state travel, so no jaunts off to Chicago for dinner on Sunday.
