Well, slightly good news...
I realized one of the contributing factors to my nausea and complete lack of appetite: my summer allergies. Instead of giving me a runny nose, as usual, all the excess is pooling in my stomach. It's kind of gross, but less freak-out worthy. It definitely explains the empty stomach nausea.
I realized this last night, since I'm staying at Dad's house. All the windows are open, and since there are even more trees and more pollen than at my apartment, my nose started running, though my stomach felt exactly the same. Still, stupid razza-frackin' allergies. Not saying that I'm not having extra trouble with the ED, but this explains at least a bit of the extra trouble.
