I think I've just had the strangest week of my life. First Tatum sends me tickets for Japan out of the blue; I go back and things go terribly wrong. Wow, free time...what a novel concept. Things are still really busy over here. School started last week and I have to work my butt off, mostly because everything is in Spanish; my verb tenses need work. I've gotten settled in with no problems; my host family is great. They've been showing me around since day 2 here, there's just so much to see. It's like a whole other world here. It's just amazing. Yes, yes, YES! I'm got my acceptance letter today! In less than four months I'll be in Mexico and nobody but Mom and Grandpa will know 'cause I'm not going to tell anyone. Wish I could see their faces when they realize I'm gone for good. *smug*
