First day of work
I had my first day at Baker University today :) Everyone was really nice, and my boss took me to Mimi's Cafe for lunch which was really cool. I'm going to be training for a couple of days I guess, but I don't think my job will be too difficult. Today we worked on transcripts - how to process requests, send them out, etc. I think that'll be a large part of what I do. The whole atmosphere is very laid back (VERY laid back compared to what i'm used to at Indymac!!). If anything, I'm concerned I'm not going to be busy enough - everyone takes their time with everything they do, and chat a lot. It's kind of funny. So overall I think it'll work out fine :)
